HR Generalist – People Administration & Labor Relations (m/f/d) 


At DEKRA, a global leader in inspection, certification, and consulting services, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Málaga. 
With a workforce of around 1,000 employees, this role will be a key point of reference within the HR Administration team. You will play a central role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in people administration, payroll support, and labor relations, while contributing to decision-making in day-to-day HR operations. 

 

Main Responsibilities


• Act as a point of reference for the HR Administration team, providing guidance on people administration and labor relations matters.

• Manage employee life cycle processes: contracts, terminations, leaves (sick leave, maternity/paternity, etc.).

• Support payroll processes in coordination with the payroll team.

• Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation, social security regulations, and internal HR policies.

• Provide advice and support on labor relations topics, including interpretation of collective agreements and conflict management.

• Coordinate with external providers (consultants, platforms, payroll services).

• Contribute to HR reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

 

Requirements


• University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR administration and payroll support.

• Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law, social security, and collective bargaining agreements.

• Hands-on experience with HR information systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work autonomously, make decisions within your scope, and handle complex HR queries.

• Fluency in English (B2/C1) is a plus.
