We are looking for a professional with solid experience in project management and change management to contribute to the design, development and implementation of global methodologies, processes and policies for organizational development. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating international projects, advising different business areas and regions, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, helping translate organizational strategy into practical and effective solutions
What you will do:
- Design, develop and improve methodologies, processes, policies and tools related to People & Organizational
- Development, ensuring they are clear, consistent and practical to implement.
- Participate in the planning, coordination and delivery of global projects, managing different project phases, timelines, dependencies and follow-up activities.
- Translate organizational strategy into concrete initiatives and actions, helping stakeholders understand priorities and put them into practice.
- Provide guidance to local, regional and global teams on the practical application of CoE approaches, processes and standards.
- Coordinate stakeholders involved in projects, facilitating collaboration across functions, regions and cultures.
- Analyse information, identify trends and detect inconsistencies, process gaps and opportunities to improve organizational practices and ways of working.
- Prepare documentation, analyses and recommendations to support decision-making and improve organizational development initiatives.
- Drive change management, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting their implementation and monitoring progress.
- Identify risks, issues and matters requiring further decisions or intervention, escalating them to the appropriate stakeholders.
What you will bring
- University degree combined with relevant professional experience.
- More than 5 years of experience in project management and/or change management.
- More than 3 years of experience in moderation and training.
- Experience managing projects, coordinating global programmes and driving organizational transformation and change initiatives.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1), essential for international collaboration and professional documentation.
- Ability to design and structure processes, methodologies and policies, as well as analyse information and translate it into practical recommendations.
- Strong project coordination and management skills, with the ability to plan activities, manage dependencies and ensure agreed objectives are achieved.
Additional desirable knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of People & Organizational Development.
- Experience in change management, transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of Center of Excellence (CoE) operating models, governance frameworks or programme management.
- Experience working in international environments with teams across different countries, cultures and business functions.
- Experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry, particularly in projects related to the relevant area of expertise, will be considered an advantage.
- German proficiency at B2/C1 level is desirable. Knowledge of Spanish, French or other European languages will also be valued.
- Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully, adapting to different stakeholders and cultural contexts.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bring structure to complex situations and present clear, understandable recommendations.
- Proactive, independent and results-oriented approach, with the ability to take ownership and identify practical improvements.
- Willingness to undertake international travel.
