An exciting opportunity has arisen in the development team of the Digital & Product Solutions division. The work of this team enables DEKRA to continue progressing and growing to build a leading position in the Product Testing & Certification industry, especially bringing new service opportunities and optimized solutions that serve our customers and differentiates us from our competitors.

 

About the Role

 

We are currently implementing UKG technology to launch our MyHR Portal, which will be integrated with SAP SuccessFactors. This project aims to create a unified and user-friendly global HR platform.

 

As a Global HR Operations Systems Expert, you will play a key role in this initiative. You will support both the functional and technical integration between the systems, ensuring data quality, process alignment, and ongoing support. Once the system is live, you will act as a central expert for continuous improvement and support across countries and regions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as the functional and technical expert for the integration between UKG MyHR Portal and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure accurate data exchange for key HR processes such as HR administrative tasks, onboarding, benefits, and leave management.
  • Map and validate HR processes to ensure smooth integration and system consistency.
  • Monitor data quality and maintain consistency across platforms.
  • Work closely with HR IT to support the implementation and long-term maintenance of integration solutions.
  • Support internal users during the hypercare phase, solving issues and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with HR process owners to ensure the integration meets real business needs.
  • Participate in end-to-end testing, identifying and solving discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the scalability of the system as it expands globally.
  • Provide ongoing support post-implementation, acting as a central contact for relevant questions and incidents.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • University degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Operations or HR Digital Transformation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central).
  • Experience with HR systems integration, ideally with UKG and SAP SF.
  • Ability to navigate between business, functional, and technical discussions.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or IT.
  • Experience with integration tools and middleware in HR systems.
  • Comfortable working in global and multicultural environments.
  • German language skills are a plus.
