Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts across the TIC sector.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities across various departments to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze clients' strategies and business models to align TIC services with their needs.
  • Create and implement strategic development plans for key accounts, ensuring growth and retention.
  • Oversee the coordination and successful handover of orders to the sales team, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  •  Provide continuous support to the sales team in client interactions and ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to offer training and development to sales and support staff, elevating team performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.

 

Qualifications

  • Be familiar with direct sales and key account management, ideally within the TIC industries.
  • Existing network and relationships in the TIC industry or related fields (such as consumer electronics,

       Automotive, etc.) will be a strong advantage.

  • University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Deep understanding of the TIC industry, including market trends, customer needs, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong proficiency in sales techniques and methodologies tailored to the TIC industry.
  • Excellent relational and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for communication with both local and international clients.
