Tasks任务:
1. Responsible for providing back-office support to the Market Segment including answering telephone, email and fax enquiries, issuing quotations and preparing documentation;
向市场营销团队提供多方面的后台支持,包括接听电话,收发邮件及传真,发送报价单及整理相关文件;2. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the existing customer base with a view of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention;
发展及保持与现有客户的良好关系;
3. Assisting sales team with quotation follow-up;
协助销售团队跟进报价;
4. Monitor project status to make sure smooth delivery of all services.
监控项目状态,确保各种服务的顺利交付;
5. Assisting sales team with payment collection;
协助销售团队收取货款;
6. Supporting Marketing staff in organizing and executing Marketing activities;
在组织或举办市场推广活动期间,为市场部员工提供相关支持;
7. Coordination among related parties, customers, subcontractors, (S) AMs, PMs/PEs;
协调多方,包括客户、承包商、客户经理、.项目经理及项目工程师;
8. Undertake any other duties assigned.
 履行分配的其他任务。


Qualifications任职资格:
1. College or Degree holder;    大专或本科学历;
2. Good in Mandarin and English;
    良好的普通话及英语表达;
3. Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety.
