A Day in the Life and the Impact You’ll Make:

As the Admin Manager, you will manage all administrative operations to ensure efficient office management. You will provide strong cross-functional support and maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained working environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee overall office management, including facilities, office layout, supplies, and daily maintenance.
  • Manage and optimize administrative services such as travel arrangements and cafeteria operations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise office renovation, relocation, or expansion projects.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Lead and manage the administrative team, including Senior and Junior Officers, by assigning tasks and providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations across office operations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align administrative support with business needs.
  • Manage office supplies, fixed assets, and inventory control to ensure proper availability and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare and support company-wide meetings, events, and administrative projects.
  • Evaluate and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support business operations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant administrative experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
  • Strong command of Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of office operations, facilities management, renovation project management, and cafeteria operations.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Competences in Collaboration, Change Agility, Result Focus, Innovation & Digitalization, Customer Centricity, and Leadership & Purpose.
  • Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, and a responsibility for safety, security, and sustainability.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in office management, facilities management, and project coordination.
  • Specific experience handling office renovation projects is highly preferred.
