Tasks任务:
• Formulate and ensure effective implementation of Sales Strategy and Account Management plans;制定销售战略和客户管理计划,并确保其有效执行;
• Assign Order Intake Targets (OIT) and ensure their realization;分配OIT目标,并确保其实现。
• Stimulating leadership, train & facilitate the development of Sales professionals;发挥领导力,培训销售人员,促进团队发展。
• Build and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts;与重要客户建立并保持良好关系。
• Ensure collection of Accounts Receivable;确保应收款项的收取。
• Establish, maintain and continuously improve Sales related Processes, Procedures and work Instructions; 建立、保持、并不断完善销售相关的流程、步骤及工作指引。
• Undertake any other duties assigned.履行分派的其他任务。
Qualifications任职资格:
• At least 5 years of outstanding track-record in direct sales, account management and/or sales management, preferably within testing and certification industry;具有至少5年优秀业绩的销售和客户管理经验,优先考虑具有行业经验者;
• Existing network of relationships within related industries.行业领域具有客户关系资源。
• Bachelor degree holder or higher.本科或以上学历。
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.良好的普通话及英语表达能力。
