Analyze and make decision on technical issue during project handling.

Initiate the project schedule with test plan and monitor the outcome.

Provide Instruction to test engineers on how to perform the tests.

Conduct construction check on the products.

Analyze the test result and complete the test report.
分析测试结果并撰写测试报告；
Review project files and reports.
审核项目文件和报告；
Provide supports to certification when needed.
当需要时，提供证书支持；
Communicate with manufacturers about test result or technical issues or job status.
与客户沟通测试结果，技术问题或项目进度；
Interpret the standard requirements.
解释相关标准要求；
Provide supports to Clusters & Marketing personnel in promoting testing services or account developments.
给予销售部和市场部同事相关支持以推广测试服务或发展客户。

Qualifications 任职资格：
1.Bachelor degree, in technical field (Electronics, Electric engineering, bioengineering or related field).本科学历，技术领域相关专业（电子、电气工程、生物工程或相关专业）
2.Experience in ITAV product safety approval and testing and familiar with IEC 60950-1, IEC 60065, IEC 62368-1 is preferred.具备ITAV产品安规认证与测试经验，熟悉IEC 60950-1、IEC 60065、IEC 62368-1标准优先
3.Good command in spoke/written English.良好的英语口语及书面表达能力
4.Ability to work under pressure.具备抗压能力
5.Motivation to continually learn and take on added responsibilities and new challenges.有持续学习、承担更多职责及应对新挑战的积极性
6.Willingness to take ownership of projects or customers.愿意对项目或客户承担责任。
7.Willing to travel.接受出差
