- Center of Excellence & Governance Operations:
-
- Work closely with Power Platform Administrators to translate governance priorities into operational activities.
- Coordinate governance initiatives across administrative, technical, and business stakeholders without direct disciplinary responsibility.

- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable professional qualification
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft 365) are advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define meaningful KPIs, build reporting solutions, and transform data into actionable governance decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform governance concepts and tools, including the CoE Starter Kit, environment strategy, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and security and compliance controls.
- Ability to work closely with both technical and business audiences and translate governance requirements into practical actions
- Fluent English required; German is a plus
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse stakeholder groups without formal authority.
In return, we are offering you:
