Role position:

We are currently looking for a AI Security Engineer to strengthen our Artificial Intelligence Team.

Responsibilities:

• Define strategy and plan the development of the AI Security testing service.
• Research and scout the State of the Art in AI Security.
• Define methodologies and tools for detecting and testing Machine Learning model adversarial attacks.
• Implement testing plans and validate them with internal and external pilots.
• Get the required accreditations (national and international level) to ensure the delivery of the service.
• Be responsible for the successful operation and continuous improvement of the service.
• Be responsible to meet the budget and communicate the benefits and performance of the service.
• Operate at scale and provide the connection between multidisciplinary business areas and stakeholders.
• Participate actively on standardization working groups.
• Engage and stablish partnerships in the AI Security ecosystem.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security
• At least one of the following certifications: CCSK, CCAK, CCSP, CompTIA Cloud+, or similar.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and AI or Software development lifecycle.
• Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset.
• Very good communication skills.
• Analytical skills and high abstraction level.
• Fluent in English language.

Desirable:

• Experience leading teams and projects.
• Experience developing and keeping in production Software products.
• Knowledge on AI, Cloud technologies and data management.
• Knowledge on AI Model adversarial attack generation and detection.
• Previous experience participating in expert working groups for Cybersecurity or AI.
• Academic background or certification in Project Management (PMI-ACP and PMP).
