Role position:

We are currently looking for a AI Security Engineer to strengthen our Artificial Intelligence Team.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly proactive AI enthusiast to join our global AI team. Your responsibilities will entail:

• Research in the state of the art and develop own applications and tools to test the robustness and security of AI systems.
• Perform diverse type of tests to assess the trustworthy of state of the art AI models, both Generative AI as well as traditional Machine Learning.
• Participate in the creation of a dedicated AI Red Teaming.
• Prototype and develop AI tools to increase internal productivity.
• Support the roll-out of new AI-based tools in the global team.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any other STEM field.
• At least 4 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning applied to real world projects.
• Good understanding of AI model architectures such as transformers, CNNs, LLMs, etc.
• Proven experience using common model architectures to solve Computer Vision problems such as object identification and image segmentation.
• Experience developing and fine-tunning LLMs with OpenAI, Hugging Face or other APIs.
• Good command of SQL and Python, including frameworks as Sklearn, Tensorflow and Pytorch.
• Experienced in deploying AI/ML services within cloud ecosystems, utilizing containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and working with backend APIs.

Desirable:

• LLMs security: prompt injection, jailbreaks, etc.
• Adversarial Machine Learning.
• Responsible AI toolkits.

• AI enthusiast: passionate about staying at the cutting edge of AI research
• Highly proactive and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as a part of a team.
• High abstraction and synthesis skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
