Tasks任务:
• Development and implementation of regional sales system区域销售体系的开发与实施
• Develop the key account in related industry. 开发关键客户。
• Responsible for Key account relationship management. 负责关键客户关系管理
• Leading the regional sales staff领导区域销售团队
• Tracking of competitor sales activities跟踪竞争对手销售活动
• Timely issue of offer quotations and follow up及时提供报价并跟进
• Contributions to auditor network development 参与审计网络的开发
• Initiate customer trainings and information meetings组织客户培训和信息交流会议
• Contribution to promotion plan to raise the visibility in the market参与制定市场推广计划以提升品牌知名度
• Contribution to new training business development参与新培训业务的开发
• Responsible for overall sales, margin targets and sales costs负责整体销售目标、利润率目标及销售成本管理
• Responsible for target setting, follow up, training and evaluation of sales staff负责销售团队的目标设定、跟进、培训及评估工作
Qualifications任职资格:
• Minimum 5-8 years relevant business experience in Product Certification like IATF, AS9100, above 3 years experience in sustainability, cybersecurity and decarb territory business development, and experience in Management Systems Standards至少5至8年与管理体系认证(如IATF、AS9100等)相关的业务经验,3年以上可持续发展、绿色低碳及信息安全类业务开发经验,以及在管理体系标准方面的经验。
• Work experiences in an international Certification Body or training company 在国际认证机构或培训公司的工作经验
• Several years Sales experience with proven track record具备销售经验且有良好业绩记录
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majored in business or engineering disciplines至少本科及以上学历,优先考虑工商管理或工程类专业
• Leadership experience, leading sales executives/staff领导经验,曾带领销售主管/员工
• Understanding of customer needs and decision criteria, market structures, trends and competitive dynamics了解客户需求和决策标准、市场结构、趋势及竞争动态
• Ability to give presentations to local and international Managers and to fluently communicate in Mandarin and English能够向本地及国际经理进行 presentations,并能流利使用中文和英文进行沟通
• High self-motivation 高度自我驱动力
• Leading by example in all company and business regards 高度自我驱动力
• Marketing experiences preferred具备市场营销经验者优先
