An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Cybersecurity Hub, we are responsible for performing product security evaluations for the most important manufacturers worldwide. 

As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate technical cybersecurity projects, ensuring services are delivered with high quality and meet client and regulatory requirements. You will turn strategic goals into clear actions, working closely with technical teams to plan, test, and improve cybersecurity solutions.

What will be your responsibilities?
•    Lead and manage cybersecurity projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
•    Define and implement strategic goals in line with the organization's security objectives.
•    Regularly evaluate and refine operational processes and methodologies for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Organize and document project meetings and ensure effective information flow internally and externally.
•    Provide the connection between multidisciplinary business areas and stakeholders.
•    Be responsible for the successful operation and continuous improvement of the service.
•    Drive efforts to obtain and maintain necessary accreditations (national and international level) to ensure the delivery of the service.
•    Collaborating with other departments (including different locations).
•    Contribute to working groups and expert organizations to enhance the standards and best practices.

What do we expect from you?
•    University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field in cybersecurity.
•    +5 years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or at least 2 years as a Security Project Manager.
•    Customer Service oriented - Meets commitments to customers; Seeks feedback from customers to identify improvement opportunities.
•    Competency in classifying and prioritizing problems, documenting their causes, and implementing remedies. 
•    Demonstrated skills in leadership, team management, and problem-solving.
•    Aptitude for teamwork, cooperative and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and working in a dynamic environment.
•    Clear and concise technical reporting and communication skills in both English and Spanish. 
•    Determined, passionate, and with a keen eye for detail.
Ideally, you’ll also have
•    Project management certifications as a PMP
•    CEH, OSCP or similar
•    Participation in CTFs, Hack the box, or similar activities. Happy to know your best achievements.
•    Own research and presentations at congresses will be positively valued.
