岗位职责:

·       制定销售战略和客户管理计划,并确保其有效执行;

Develop sales strategies and account management plans and ensure their effective implementation;

·       与重要客户建立并保持良好关系;

Establishing and maintaining good relationships with key customers;

·       确保应收款项的收取;

Ensure collection of receivables;

·       建立、保持、并不断完善销售相关的流程、步骤及工作指引;

Establish, maintain, and continually improve sales related processes, procedures, and work guidelines;

·       履行检测经理分派的其他任务。

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Testing Manager.

·       具有良好的人际关系和沟通技巧;

Good interpersonal and communication skills;

·       良好的演讲能力以及业务敏感度,市场分析及判断能力;

Good presentation skills as well as business acumen, market analysis and judgement;

·       良好的客户服务意识;

Good customer service awareness;

·       勤奋、 愿意出差;

Hardworking and willing to travel;

·       大专或以上学历;

College above degree.

·       良好的普通话及英语表达能力;

Good command of Mandarin and English;

·       ITC行业中医疗器械检测认证服务的销售经验。

Sales experience in medical device testing and certification services in ITC industry.
