Job Description:
1.Formulate and ensure effective implementation of Management plans;
制定及有效执行服务管理计划;
2.Develop service channels and establish and strengthen reliable relationships with authorized and recognized authorities;
开发服务渠道并与授权认可当局建立并加强维持其可靠的关系;
3.To get the global mainstream norms market authorization recognition of our laboratory capacity and the mutual recognition of qualifications;
拿到全球主流规范市场授权当局对我们实验室能力的认可和互认资质;
4.Standardization, transparency, commercialization and establishing the service type of SoP
标准化、透明化、商业化并建立服务类型的SoP;
5.Direct the team members to carry out Services, Registration and Coaching.
指导团队成员执行服务、注册、辅导项目;
6.Train and coach the team members, and enhance the competence and performance of the team members;
培训指导团队成员,提高成员的能力和业绩表现;
7.Lead and coordinate the team members to communicate with clients, internal colleagues and related Authority bodies;
带领、协调团队,与客户,内部员工及授权当局沟通;
8.Provide training and guidance to clients and internal colleagues to ensure that project opportunities are won and implemented;
为客户和内部同事提供培训、指导,确保赢得项目机会和落地;
9.Research & Development the achieving of new service types when required by the market;
根据市场需求,调研及发展新的服务业务;
10.Ensure that services are delivered in full compliance with the approved Quality Management System;
确保所提供的服务达到质量管理系统的要求;
11.Undertake any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
履行上级的其他任务。
Job Requirements:
1.At least 5-years’ experience in Research and Development in Renewables area;
至少五年以上新能源产品开发和认证领域的相关经验;
2.Bachelor degree or above;
大学或以上学历;
3.Good know-how in popular markets’ regulatory requirements;
在热门市场的法规要求上,有很好的专业能力;
4.Be familiar with international mutual recognition rules and be proficient in their application;
熟悉国际互认规则,并精通运用;
5.Goal-oriented, problem-solving oriented;

6.Management skills & Leadership;
