Job Description:

1.Preparing and sending out formal quotations;

整理并发出正式的报价单;

2.Monitoring and updating project status;

监控并更新项目的状态;

3.Filing of project documentation;

整理项目文件;

4.Assisting (S) AMs with prospect/customer research and analysis; 

协助客户经理寻找并分析客户/潜在客户;

5.Assisting (S) AMs with cold-calling suspects and prospects;

协助客户经理处理客户的疑问和要求;

6.Assisting (S) AMs with quotation follow-up;

协助客户经理 跟进报价;

7.Assisting (S) AMs with payment collection;

协助客户经理 收取货款;

8.Coordination among related parties, customers, subcontractors, (S) AMs, PMs/PEs;

协调多方,包括客户、承包商、客户经理、.项目经理及项目工程师;

9.Undertake any other duties assigned by Manager.

履行经理分配的其他任务。

 

 

Job Requirements:

1.Minimum one year related working experience is preferred;

至少一年相关经验;

2.Pleasant personality and good communication skills;

积极开朗,善于沟通;

3.Strong customer-oriented mindset;

客户导向;

4.Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality;

注重质量和细节;

5.Skillful in computer usage, words, excel, PowerPoint;

熟练运用words, excel, PowerPoint等常用办公软件;

6.Good in Mandarin and English (Cantonese and other languages are added advantage).

良好的普通话及英语表达;若能说粤语及其他语言,优先考虑。
