A Day in the Life and the Impact You’ll Make:
As an Employee Data Admin Specialist in our HR team, you will support the employee lifecycle through accurate, timely and compliant HR administration. You will work closely with employees, HR colleagues and line managers to arrange onboarding, maintain employee records, follow up on probation, contract renewal and exit processes, and support HR projects as required.
What You’ll Do:
- Arrange the onboarding process and new employee orientation for new hires.
- Follow up on new employee document collection and update employee information in the HR system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support employee lifecycle administration, including probation review follow-up, contract renewal and exit procedures.
- Maintain an accurate and complete filing system for personnel-related files and documents.
- Coordinate with employees, HR colleagues and line managers to ensure HR administration tasks are handled smoothly and in line with internal processes.
- Assist with special HR assignments and projects as required.
- Undertake other duties assigned by the line manager.
What You’ll Bring:
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in HR administration or a related HR function.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other common office tools.
- Familiar with China local government regulations related to HR fields.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- High integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship and a strong sense of responsibility for safety.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience in employee onboarding, probation follow-up, contract renewal, exit procedures and HR file management.
- Experience working with HR systems and maintaining employee data accurately.
- Experience working in a multinational company or matrix organization.
