Job Requirements:
1. Consult and support managers with individual case management (e.g. individual employment agreements, termination agreement, dismissal),which are not covered from HR BP or specialist functions within HR Employee Experience (Tier 2). Consult and support managers as well as employees in HR related issues which are not covered from HR BP or specialist functions with HR Employee Experience (Tier 2).
2. Support with individual employment law relations in collaboration with other expert functions (e.g. employment law department, external lawyers etc.)
3. Collaboration with workers council for local or regional or individual employment law matters as support for the managers on operational topics (e.g. weekend shifts).
4. Support with organizational changes in collaboration with HR BPs and specialist functions within HR Employee Experience . Support HR BPs re. organizational changes in collaboration with specialist functions within HR Employee Experience .
5. Support HRBP to provide input for HR plans and budgets for the business supported (workforce planning) by respective data (e.g. leavers, salary increase, bonus) in collaboration with HR Employee Experience specialist(e.g. workforce planning & data admin)
6. Participation in HR projects in collaboration with HR BP, CoE, respective HROPS specialists etc.
7 Support future IT systems and processes ramp up and direct connection between Tier 1 and Tier 2; therefore, this role will also support indesigning and building future IT systems and processes
8. Support role-out of new or one-time processes / initiatives from CoE's or HR Business Partners (e.g. role out of new talent management process) by accompanying the first phase, setting up standards within HR Ops in collaboration with other HR Ops functions, HR BPs etc.
9. Support operational topics with high complexity as bridge function between HR BP and HR Ops specialist (e.g. labor and employee related topics with high complexity in collaboration with HR BPs, Employee &Labor Relations Specialist etc.)
10. Manage and coordinate local HR service delivery to ensure risk and compliance and operational excellence for new processes/initiatives or where no connection between Tier 1 and Tier 2 is existing. 11. Participate in critical dialogues with employees (BEM, conflict discussions).
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree above, majored in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields.
2. Rich experience in HR fields, have solid knowledge / rich experience of Labor Laws and ER
3. English skills required.
4. Be mature in cross function communication
