Responsibilities工作职责:
- Arrange On-board Process and New Employee Orientation
入职流程安排和新员工入职培训
- Follow up new employee’s materials collection and update information onto HR System on time;
跟进新员工入职材料收集,并及时更新到HR系统;
- Responsible for employee probation review follow up, contract renewal, exit procedure;
负责员工试用期评估跟进, 合同续签,离职手续办理;
- Maintain accurate and complete filing system of personnel-related files and documents;
完整准确地完成人事档案与文件的存档工作;
- Assist in any special assignments/projects as required;
根据要求,协助完成其他特定的任务;
- Undertake any other duties assigned by Line Manager;
执行上级领导分配的其他任务;
Requirements 岗位要求:
- College or Degree in Human Resources equivalent;
人力资源相关专业大专或本科学历;
- Minimum two years' experience in HR function;
至少有2年的人事工作经验;
- Skillful in computer usage, words, excel, PowerPoint;
熟练运用words, excel, PowerPoint等常用办公软件;
- Familiar with China local government regulations related to HR fields;
熟悉中国政府与HR相关的政策法规;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
良好的沟通和人际交往能力;
- Good command of both oral and written English。
具备良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力。
