A Day in the Life and the Impact You’ll Make:

As the Head of Total Rewards, Workforce Reporting & Analytics, and Employee Processing, you will lead the regional strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards, workforce analytics, and HR operational governance across APAC. You will partner closely with the Global Centers of Excellence, the APAC HR EE team, and APAC HR Business Partners to ensure the consistent implementation of global frameworks, competitive and equitable reward practices, data-driven workforce decisions, and an efficient, high-quality employee experience.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the regional implementation and governance of Total Rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programmes, ensuring alignment with global policies and regional business needs.
  • Develop and continuously improve compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, regulatory compliance, pay transparency principles, and effective reward governance.
  • Lead annual workforce planning, headcount forecasting, personnel cost planning, and budgeting processes in partnership with Finance and business leaders.
  • Drive workforce reporting, strategic workforce planning, and people analytics by establishing reporting frameworks, HR dashboards, data governance standards, and actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Lead the regional implementation of the Global Job Architecture & Grading (JAG) framework, ensuring consistent adoption, governance, and data quality across APAC.
  • Provide governance and continuous improvement for employee processing and HR operational processes in collaboration with HR Operations and Shared Services, driving standardization, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Lead HR transformation and process excellence initiatives by optimizing HR operating models, simplifying processes, and enhancing service delivery.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and governance to the regional team while collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to continuously improve HR effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Perform other strategic initiatives and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

 

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • High integrity, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, and a strong sense of responsibility for safety.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills in a multinational organization.
  • Experience leading or participating in global HR projects, including job architecture implementation and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR process optimization, service management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, HR data governance, and dashboard development.
  • Proven experience in annual budgeting, workforce planning, headcount cost management, and HR financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits frameworks, reward governance, job architecture, and market benchmarking practices.
  • Extensive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Workforce Analytics, or related HR leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading HR transformation, process excellence, or HR service delivery optimization initiatives.
  • Experience working in an organization with an HR Three-Pillar Model (HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and HR Shared Services), with a strong understanding of HR operating models and cross-functional collaboration.
