Job Description:

1.Administer the team in maintaining efficiency and integrity of services;

管理团队以保持服务的效率及诚信；

2.Coordinate the Lab activities, e.g. resources planning, lab tidiness, equipment souring, etc. and cooperate with other teams to ensure efficient operation of the lab; 协调实验室活动：如资源分配、实验室整洁有序、仪器的采购，并协助其他部门确保实验室运作的高效性；

3.Organize training to enhance the competence of Test Engineers, train and guide Test Engineers to grow up quickly;

组织培训指导测试工程师，提高测试工程师团队能力水平；

4.Management of participating Proficiency Testing program;

管理实验室参加能力验证测试；

5.Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the laboratory management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, CBTL related requirement by accreditation.

根据ISO/IEC 17025, CNAS, CBTL等相关的要求执行实验室管理体系，并协助质量部维护及提升实验室管理体系。

Job Requirements:

1.College degree or above;

大专以上学历；

2.Technical background and know-how, college level or above in Electronic/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical/Physics or related subjects;

具备技术知识，持有电子、电气工程、机械/物理等相关专业文凭；

3.At least five years related working experience.

至少五年以上相关工作经验。
