Tasks任务：
•    Support both MHV and LV team to realize the Service Income and Value Added target in line with the approved budget; 按照获批的预算目标，协助高低压团队实现团队整体服务收入和价值增值；
•    Ensure efficient and optimal utilization of delivery resources, including subcontractors, people and equipment
    确保实现最佳的资源配置，包括分包商的分配；人员和设备
•    Responsible for Dept competence evaluation, appraisal, and improvement
负责部门员工的能力评估，绩效考核以及能力提升
•    Identify emerging business opportunities, assign resources to  management team and ensure effective commercialization of newly developed services;
   洞察潜在的商业机遇，向管理团队分配资源，确保新兴服务的有效商业化；
•    Maintain relationships with key strategic accounts;与重要客户保持合作关系；
•    Supervise the dept to follow customer standard to ensure the testing quality

Qualifications任职资格：
•    Technical/standard knowledge, at least 8 years related experience or equivalent;
具有技术/相关标准的专业知识，至少8年以上相关经验。
•    Bachelor degree holder.本科学历。
•    Project management skills;具有项目管理技巧；
•    Qualification on his/her responsible area.
负责的检测领域项目获得技术资质授权。
•    Technical Expertise on realted sevice area
