Role's Objective

- Manage CS (Customer Service) team to ensure customer relations and effectively handle customer debts.
- Maintain the working environment safety and housekeeping.
- Implemented and maintained the quality system in accordance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards.

Specific Responsibilities
|
- Provide training and coaching to CS staff.
- Process client testing request from Sale team, clarify the information with customer and cooperate with Sale team, TA team and the Lab.
- Prepare certificates and pass to Manager for approval.
- Prepare and control invoice, follow up debt and payment.
- Send reports, certificates and invoices to clients / affiliates or other parties.
- Actively listen and understand customer concerns
- Respond promptly.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour.
- Build long-lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure working environment safety and housekeeping.
- Make sure the process & procedures follow company's quality system.
- Monitor and ensure resources such as environment, people, documents are always ready for operation.
- Report daily, weekly, monthly operational status to direct management.
- Maintain accessible, transparent, complete and detailed customer information files.
- Proactively propose innovation idea to improve customer relationships.
- Report to Lab Manager of any potential risks and issues in the lab.
- Handle general enquires form internal customers.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by Lab Manager.

Career Experience & Education Background Required
|
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Fluent English. Fluent in Chinese and other languages is an advantage.
- At least 3 - 4 years’ experience in consumer testing company in advantage.
- Able to work independently and working under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Responsible and details minded.
