Role's Objective

Control and enhance the internal quality control in chemical laboratory.
Maintain the testing lab working environment safety and housekeeping.
Ensures that the Management System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards.

Specific Responsibilities

Ensure chemical Laboratory fulfil company quality policy and local certification body requirement.
Provide quality training to operation team and all the quality activity (i.e. PT and RRT test).
Coordinate inter-lab and intra-lab activities and analyse the corresponding results.
Check and monitor the internal document shall fulfil company quality policy and local certification body requirement.
Oversee quality assurance plans such as equipment checking, maintenance and calibration, personnel training and evaluation...
Ensure testing lab working environment safety and housekeeping.
Report daily, weekly, monthly operational status to direct management.
Handle other tasks as assigned by Lab Manager.

Career Experience & Education Background Required

Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 1–2 year experience in quality control role in advantage.
Able to work independently and working under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong problem solving and communication skill.
