Role's Objective

Manage and arrange the team to prepare final report, check and ensure all information is valid before officially sending to client.
Justify the final report.
Maintain the testing lab working environment safety and housekeeping.
Implemented and maintained the quality system in accordance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards.

Specific Responsibilities

Provide training and coaching to Report Typist.
Make sure the process & procedures follow company's quality system.
Support test assignment on reporting query.
Clarify unclear information of testing program with KAM.
Check test report.
Approve corrected test report.
Prepare / update report template/ Data manager SOP to Report Typist.
Monitor Job turnaround time (TAT) and cooperate with the Lab to arrange report on-time.
Answer client's concerns of test reports by gathering information from related sections.
Right sign the report.
Maintain daily and quality record.
Keep the service delivery on time.
Ensure working environment safety and housekeeping.
Report daily, weekly, monthly operational status to direct management.
Proactively propose innovation idea to improve productivity, report quality, cost control and shorten TAT.
Participate in ad-hoc projects.
Handle other tasks as assigned by Lab Manager.

Career Experience & Education Background Required

Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 3 - 4 years’ experience in consumer testing company in advantage.
Able to work independently and working under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsible and details minded.
