Role's Objective

Ensure technical procedures are always fully updated to the laboratory and relevant parties.
Implemented and maintained the quality system in accordance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards.

Specific Responsibilities

Manage technical team to ensure that the updated information is delivered to operation team smooth and effective.
Provide technical support to internal/external customers.
Provide technical training to internal/external customers.
Arrange internal training across different department or team.
As a technical auditor to assess the operation method.
Regularly assess technical knowledge and organize training and capacity building for personnel in the laboratory.
In charge of regulation and standard monitoring.
Take a lead on new development and R&D project.
Coordinate inter-lab activities and analyse the corresponding results.
In charge of complaint case handling regarding on technical issue.
Ensure global Alignment of the test method and technical information are implement in the laboratories.
Supervises the technical team activity.
Report daily, weekly, monthly operational status to direct management.
Handle other tasks as assigned by Lab Manager.

Career Experience & Education Background Required

Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 6 year experience in consumer testing company and 3 years’ experience in technical support or R&D role.
Experience on testing development in advantage.
Able to work independently and working under pressure
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong problem solving and communication skill
Fluent in English.
