Role's Objective
  • Manage and arrange the team to assign the test based on customer requirements, market regulations and other technical requirements.
  • Maintain the testing lab working environment safety and housekeeping.
  • Implemented and maintained the quality system in accordance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Provide training and coaching to Test Assignment staffs.
  • Make sure the process & procedures follow company's quality system.
  • Study testing manual & advise to Order Controller team or client.
  • Communicate with client to clarify test query & follow up.
  • Sample breakdown & assign appropriate test item(s) of sample component(s).
  • Take sample photo, save & name sample photo.
  • Be able to use several company software.
  • Input correct & updated report due date into system.
  • Arrange & summary account information in folder Buyer Manual in internal share drive
  • Handle internal query on order status.
  • Clarify unclear point of testing manual with Key Account Manager.
  • Maintain daily and quality record.
  • Keep the service delivery on time.
  • Ensure working environment safety and housekeeping.
  • Report daily, weekly, monthly operational status to direct management.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by Lab Supervisor or Lab Manager.

Career Experience & Education Background Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • At least 2 - 3 year experience in consumer testing company in advantage.
  • Able to work independently and working under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Responsible and details minded.
