² For management system certification business: ² Download audit package from GLASS system, and save in local disc. ² Upload certificate into GLASS system ² Send report to clients in time ² Maintain the certificate data ² Make info letter and send to clients in time ² Collect data from Glass for KPI calculation ² Other paperwork
