Tasks任务:

•             Co-ordinating audit dates and schedule with customer与客户协调审核日期及日程安排。

•             Documents review including preparation of report (for certification and recertification audits) 文件审核（包括编制报告，适用于认证及再认证审核）。

•             Managing audit at audit location 在审核地点管理审核工作

•             Preparing records of strong points, weak points (minor non-conformities/major nonconformities), recommendations and defining the required objective evidence 编制审核记录，涵盖优势点、薄弱点（轻微不符合项/重大不符合项）、建议事项，并界定所需客观证据

•             Conduct ISO/TS 22163 (IRIS Rev.04) document review, Stage-1 / Stage-2 on-site audits and annual surveillance audits; assess the maturity level (Bronze / Silver / Gold) and issue audit reports in accordance with UNIFE certification rules.依据 ISO/TS 22163（IRIS Rev.04）及 UNIFE 认证规则，实施文件审查、一/二阶段现场审核及年度监督审核，评定成熟度等级（铜/银/金）并出具审核报告。

•             Verify railway-specific processes such as K.O. items, RAMS/LCC, project management, first-article inspection and supply-chain management; identify minor / major non-conformities and propose improvement actions.重点验证 K.O. 项、RAMS/LCC、项目管理、首件检验及供应链管理等铁路行业特殊过程；识别轻微/重大不符合项并提出改进建议。

•             Lead the audit team on-site; chair opening and closing meetings; agree audit scope, schedule and corrective-action plan with the client领导现场审核组；主持首末次会议；与客户确认审核范围、日程及整改计划。

•             Enter audit results into the UNIFE IRIS database; follow up corrective actions and complete on-site verification; if verification fails, restart the certification process.将审核结果录入 UNIFE IRIS 数据库；跟踪纠正措施并完成现场验证；如验证不通过，重新启动认证程序。

•             Participate in IRIS audit-method research, remote/extended-site audit program design, pre-audits and client training.参与 IRIS 审核方法研究、远程/延伸场所审核方案策划、客户预审核及技术培训。

Qualifications任职资格：
•             Bachelor’s degree or above in railway, rolling-stock, mechanical, automation, electrical & electronic engineering or related; 本科及以上学历，轨道交通、车辆工程、机械、自动化、电子电气等理工类；

•             Minimum 5 years’ quality, project-management or engineering experience in railway / rolling-stock manufacturing or supply-chain enterprises. 5 年以上铁路/轨道交通制造或供应链企业质量、项目管理或工程技术经验。

•             Valid UNIFE-recognized IRIS Auditor / Lead Auditor certificate; IRCA/CCAA-registered ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification preferred.持有 UNIFE 认可的 IRIS 主任审核员证书；具备 IRCA/CCAA 注册的 ISO 9001 主任审核员资格者优先。

•             Process-oriented auditing skills, risk-assessment capability, fluent English communication and report-writing; willing to travel frequently both domestically and internationally.具备过程导向审核技巧、风险评估能力；英语沟通与报告撰写流利；可接受高频国内外出差。

•             At least Bachelor’s degree in science, technology or engineering, Master’s degree is better  至少拥有科学、技术或工程学士学位，硕士学位更佳 

•             In-depth understanding of ISO/TS 22163 (IRIS Rev.04) clauses, K.O. questions, turtle-diagram approach, RAMS, LCC, project-management processes and railway-specific requirements.专业知识：精通 ISO/TS 22163（IRIS Rev.04）条款、K.O. 问题、乌龟图、RAMS、LCC、项目管理过程及轨道交通特殊要求。

•             Thorough, efficient, decisive and independent working style. Ethical, open-minded, diplomatic, observant and perceptive; 工作作风严谨高效、果断独立，具备职业道德、开放思维、外交手腕、敏锐观察力与洞察力

•             Fluent oral communication & written skill in English; 英语口语及书面表达流利
