• Oversee and manage the project to ensure effective andefficient completion within planned budget and deadline withhigh quality; 监督并管理项目，确保在计划预算和期限内高效完成，同时保证高质量；
• Ensure all QC standards of the projectare met; 确保项目满足所有质量控制标准；
• Provide expertadvice to internal stakeholders and make detailed projectplanning; 为内部利益相关者提供专业建议并制定详细项目计划；
• Conduct appropriate communication between project team,client and all other project stakeholders; 在项目团队、客户及其他利益相关者之间进行有效沟通；
• Project documentmanagement; 项目文档管理；
• Develop working procedures /instructions; 制定工作流程/操作指南；
• Self-competence buildup and improvement by research in EEC directives and ECEregulations; 通过研究欧盟指令及联合国欧洲经济委员会法规实现自我能力提升；
• Other tasks and responsibilities assigned byline manager. 完成直属主管分配的其他任务与职责。
Qualifications:
• Successful & professional project experiencewith related technical background, preferably with workingexperience in technical service or related CRS /component/vehicle manufacture;

• Engineering Degree(preferably mechanical engineering or automotivespecialization);
本科及以上学历，机械、工程或汽车相关专业；
• Very Advanced in English;良好的英语听说读写能力；
• Strongcustomer and service orientation, with high level of initiativeand proactive approach. With high level of commitment withthe responsibilities and high identification with corporateobjectives;
