Job Functions & Required Skills / Knowledge
• Manage all aspects of daily HR operations to ensure the smooth execution and effectiveness of HR programs, in alignment with Group standards and guidelines. This includes maintaining HR records, employee files, and company organization charts.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees regarding HR matters such as recruitment, salary administration, HR filing, employee relations, and dissemination of Group HR information.
• Serve as the key liaison with external vendors and local government bodies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and smooth operations.
• Implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations, as well as the company’s global business and HR strategy.
• Provide support in employee relations, including counseling, outplacement services, and exit interviews.
• Develop and maintain local HR records, reports, and logs in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam's employment and benefits laws, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage work permit and visa applications for foreign employees.
• Organize and oversee all administrative activities to support the efficient operation of the office.
Job Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience in Vietnam, with a strong focus on daily HR operations such as recruitment and salary administration.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong sense of responsibility, with excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
