Goal
• Drive accelerated growth and market penetration of Audit & Certification services in Vietnam by leading strategic sales initiatives, developing key accounts, and strengthening DEKRA’s position as a trusted partner in compliance, safety and sustainability.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Cooperates with the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Tasks
• Implement sales strategy and targets, reporting directly to line manager on business performance and business development strategy.
• Supervise and guide sales representatives to meet sales targets and performance goals.
• Develop and implement account management strategies for key clients.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales team members.
• Track and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations for certification services.
• Handle complex customer inquiries and negotiations to secure business deals.
• Monitor and manage customer payment collection, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in business development activities to generate new leads and expand market presence.
• Provide regular market feedback to the line manager and management team, offering insights into customer needs and competitor actions.
• Maintain CRM tools with accurate client information and sales activity records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, certification rules, and ethical sales practices.
Authority
• Manage sales team performance for Certification service, providing guidance and support.
• Review sales contracts and approve pricing within authorized limits.
• Decide on sales strategies for key accounts and business opportunities.
Qualifications
Working experiences
• At least 5-8 years of experience in the Audit and Certification business.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in leading teams to meet sales targets.
Degree level
• Bachelor’s degree holder or higher.
Knowledge & skills • Strong hunter and developer mindset
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, strategies, and account management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
• Ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with clients.
