Job Responsibilities:
1. Safety auditing and inspection: assist comprehensive safety audits and inspections of new or existing machinery equipment
2. Testing and validation: functionality of safety control circuits and protective devices
3. Certification and compliance: assist with regulatory compliance by preparing the necessary documentation and technical files throughout the relevant process
4. Training support for clients at all levels including protocols, equipment operations, preventive action plans to determine root causes
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other project managers, and overseas stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, safety engineering, automation or a related field.
2. Proficiency in business English (both verbal and written communication), with the ability to be trained by diverse audiences
3. Analytical Thinking: Strategic thinking capabilities to develop effective solutions
4. Willingness to travel for business purpose both domestically and internationally (10%~30% annually)
5. Able to implement DEKRA norms and values;
6. Local-oriented entrepreneurial mindset;
7. People management – able to create commitment;
8. Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety
Nice to have:
1. Strong technical knowledge in the following areas
CAD/CAM: Proficiency in virtual component and system design
FEA/CFD: Ability to simulate and predict structural, fluid, and thermal behavior
Risk Assessment: Experience in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating process hazards
Robotics: Capability to design and program robots for various applications
2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects to successful completion
3. Mininum of 2 years of project management experience in a related field
