Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Develop, implement, and support process safety management systems in accordance with industry standards, regulations (e.g. OSHA's PSM), and company policies

2. Conduct process hazard analyses (PHAs) & Risk Assessment: Identify potential hazards and recommend effective risk mitigation strategies

3. Regulatory Compliance Support: Support the classification of hazardous areas in compliance with relevant standards (e.g. NFPA, IEC)

4. Audits & Performance Monitoring Support: Assist in relevant audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other project managers, and overseas stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field

2. Proficiency in business English (both verbal and written communication), with the ability to be trained by diverse audiences

3. Analytical Thinking: Strategic thinking capabilities to develop effective solution.

4. Willingness to business travel domestically and internationally (10%~30% annually) to key client locations

5. Able to implement DEKRA norms and values;Local-oriented entrepreneurial mindset;People management – able to create commitment;

Nice to have:

1. Technical Knowledge & Skills Required

- Process Safety Management (PSM)

- Process Hazard Analyses (PHA)

- National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) system in North America

- International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) system

2. Ability to manage multiple projects to successful completion

3. Project manager experience in above filed (a minimum of 2 years)
