DEKRA brings together a wealth of automotive expertise at its Klettwitz site. Around 300 employees are dedicated to ensuring safe and sustainable mobility today and tomorrow. The test tracks, test benches, and laboratories focus on areas such as automated driving, exhaust emissions and drive systems, passive safety, and, in the future, high-voltage battery testing—both in development testing and in the context of homologation and type testing.

 

 

Task

  • Active participation in the development of a reporting / status concept for a project
  • Creation of the project plan based on specifications from project management
  • Initial independent enhancement of the project plan with necessary planning elements
  • Identification and reporting of deviations and critical situations
  • Preparation of regular status reports based on project management guidelines
  • Technical preparation of presentations for project management
  • Technical and content-related preparation for project management meetings
  • Preparation and follow-up of investment requests
  • Tracking and monitoring of the project budget
  • Organization of project-related meetings
  • Establishment and maintenance of project documentation/files
  • General administrative tasks and ensuring a suitable working environment for project team members

 

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering with a focus on automotive technology, or state-certified technician with extensive professional experience and relevant additional qualifications
  • Professional experience in exhaust aftertreatment and portable emissions measurement systems (PEMS)
  • Knowledge of EU regulations is desirable
  • Class A, B, and C driver’s licenses are desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of German and business-level English
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
