1.  全日制本科学历，英语四级，可读写；
2.  5年及以上可靠性项目管理经验；有第三方实验室项目管理工作经验优先；
3.  有汽车测试领域项目管理工作经验；
4.  熟悉掌握可靠性测试规范，熟悉测试流程及测试手法；
5.  熟悉可靠性领域测试设备能力规格；
6.  具有较好的职业素养，跨部门沟通协调能力，团队合作精神，以及较强的独立思考和学习能力，能与团队及其他相关部门密切协作。能够承受较大的工作压力；

Job Responsibilities:‌

1. 1.Responsible for review, tracking, and completion of testing projects.
2. 2.Develop project management plans and ensure effective execution of work schedules.
3. 3.Responsible for reviewing project test reports.
4. 4.Maintain close communication, feedback, and written reporting with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
5. 5.Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and automotive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) projects.
6. 6.Analyze, track, and close non-conforming projects in collaboration with clients.
7. 7.Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

‌Qualifications & Requirements:‌

1. 1.Bachelor's degree (Full-time) required. CET-4 (or equivalent) English proficiency with demonstrated ability in reading and writing.
2. 2.Minimum 5 years of project management experience in reliability testing. Prior project management experience in a third-party laboratory setting is highly preferred.
3. 3.Possess project management experience within the automotive testing field.
4. 4.Proficient in reliability testing standards, familiar with testing processes and methodologies.
5. 5.Familiar with the specifications and capabilities of testing equipment used in the reliability field.
6. 6.Strong professional ethics, excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, team spirit, and strong independent thinking and learning ability. Able to collaborate effectively with the team and other relevant departments. Capable of handling significant work pressure and tight deadlines.
