Tasks:

•    Direct and supervise Dept members to carry out tests according to standards as technical management member;
作为技术管理层成员，根据相关标准，指导和监督团队成员执行测试；
•    Do training and coaching to the Dept members, and do enhancement on the competence and performance of the team member;
培训指导部门员工，提高成员的能力和表现；
•    Administer the team in maintaining efficiency and integrity of services;
管理部门以保持服务的效率及诚信；
•    Coordinate with other teams to ensure efficient operation of the lab;
协助其他部门确保实验室运作的高效性；
•    Planning the schedule of projects and check project outcome;
制定项目计划以及核查项目的成果；
•    Handle customers’ complaints;处理客户的投诉；
•    Review and approve projects/reports;审核和审批项目和报告；
•    Provide technical and informative support to sales/ marketing personnel in promoting testing services;为销售和市场员工提供信息技术支持以推广测试服务；
•    Monitor and support the whole process of testing and certification;
监控和支持测试和认证的整个流程；
•    Ensure good quality control on projects files.确保项目文件符合质量控制的要求。

Qualifications:

•    Technical/standard knowledge, Have professional successful related experience or equivalent;
具有技术/相关标准的专业知识，具备资深且成功的相关经验。
•    Bachelor degree holder.本科学历。
•    Project management skills;具有项目管理技巧；
•    Qualification on his/her responsible area.
负责的检测领域项目获得技术资质授权。
•    Technical Expertise on related service area
