In Portugal, we have been providing technical, consulting, and management solutions for the automotive and insurance sectors since 1991. We are now looking for an Automotive Warranty Auditor (fluent in German) to strengthen our team in Lisbon.
Your Role:
• Conduct remote automotive warranty audits in accordance with the defined framework for Germany and Austria;
• Gather and analyze supporting information using available tools;
• Prepare audit planning, including work programs and background research;
• Perform document reviews, data analysis, meetings, and closing sessions;
• Draft clear, objective audit reports, ensuring completion within deadlines.
What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (audit, automotive warranty, control, or compliance);
• Knowledge of automotive mechanics is a strong advantage;
• Previous auditing experience, ideally in the automotive sector;
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently;
• Rigorous approach and adherence to defined audit procedures;
• High degree of independence, resilience, and objectivity in addressing audit matters;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (mandatory);
• Analytical thinker with a critical mindset;
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and dynamic approach.
Language Skills:
• Fluent German, both written and spoken (mandatory);
• Good command of English is an advantage.
