An exciting opportunity has emerged within our Data & AI Services area. The person who takes on this position will play a key role in global service management, customer relationship oversight, and ensuring quality and consistency in the delivery of advanced data and machine learning solutions.


 

Your role:

 

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality delivery of Data & AI services, acting as the bridge between business needs and the technical capabilities of our teams. You will coordinate cross-functional groups, supervise project execution, and ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and security standards.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

The main activities of the Service Delivery Manager include:

 

  • Maintaining overall responsibility for customer satisfaction, ensuring effective and consistent delivery of Data & AI services.

  • Collaborating with the Data & AI technical leadership team to define, standardize, and execute operational procedures.

  • Managing projects, costs, and budgets to ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and quality expectations.

  • Actively participating in meetings with clients and executive stakeholders, providing visibility into service status and generated value.

  • Managing client expectations and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical team capabilities.

  • Ensuring delivery quality by supervising technical standards, data governance practices, model performance, and SLA compliance.

  • Identifying, assessing, and communicating risks related to compliance, data privacy, security, and AI ethics in collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Cybersecurity teams.

  • Driving opportunities for process improvement and automation within AI services.

  • Supporting internal engineering teams to ensure stable and efficient operations.

  • Prioritizing and managing technical escalations, ensuring timely issue resolution and clear communication with clients.

  • Conducting regular service reviews, presenting metrics, performance insights, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.

 

Required qualifications and competencies:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Service Management, Project Management, or similar roles within Data or AI environments.

  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to international clients.

  • Solid technical foundation combined with a business-oriented mindset and demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.

  • Proven experience managing AI-related services and projects.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL, incident management, service governance, and critical platform operations.

  • Experience leading the creation and maintenance of operational procedures, policies, and technical documentation.

  • Solid experience in budget control, financial analysis, and KPI tracking.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business domains.

  • Experience working with compliance, data privacy, security, and risk management applied to data and AI models.

  • Strong focus on continuous improvement, leveraging metrics and data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to work in high-demand environments and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

 

Desirable experience:

 

  • Advanced certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) will be considered a plus.
