【Key Responsibilities】
• Manage day-to-day client relationships across your assigned portfolio
• Create and maintain annual account plans: client org map, revenue history, product roadmap, regulatory exposure, expansion opportunities
• Drive the renewal process proactively, well before contract expiry
• Identify expansion opportunities by monitoring client product pipelines, regulatory exposure, and service breadth gaps
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews — present partnership value, capture client priorities, propose forward recommendations
• Cross-sell additional service lines with specific business cases tailored to each client’s needs
• Coordinate with delivery teams on project status, timeline issues, and quality concerns
• Receive new accounts from Business Development through a structured onboarding process
• Escalate churn risks with a proposed recovery plan
• Work with Technical Solutions Managers to identify cross-divisional bundling opportunities
• Perform and follow the DEKRA and Onward Security Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices
• Perform other duties as directed
【Requirements】
• 3–7 years in key account management, client success, or technical sales in B2B services
• Client-centric, organized, and commercially assertive — able to spot cross-sell opportunities in technical conversations
• Comfortable presenting commercial recommendations to senior client stakeholders
• Analytical enough to read account data, identify growth patterns, and prioritize expansion targets
• Experience managing renewal cycles and proactive retention strategies
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and functional English, TOEIC 650+ or equivalent English proficiency
【 Preferred Qualifications】
• Experience in TIC, cybersecurity, product certification, or compliance services
• Familiarity with structured account planning frameworks or account health scoring
• Understanding of EU regulatory timelines (CRA, RED) and their impact on manufacturer compliance needs
• Experience coordinating cross-functional resources (technical, delivery, commercial) to serve key accounts
