Job Description：

1.Provide training and review reports；

提供培训和审核报告；

2.Develop new standard；

开发新技术标准；

3.Ensure the projects are delivered with satisfactory results;

确保项目的跟进流畅满意；

4.Be responsible for the technical results of projects and quality of the project files;

对项目的技术报告及项目文件的质量负责；

5.Enhance technical competence and customer service level of the Dept in order to meet customers’ expectations;

提高技术能力和部门客户服务质量；

6.Provide training and guidance to the Dept members;

培训指导部门员工;

7.Responsible for equipment investment and maintenance;

负责部门设备的投资和维护使用正确性;

8.Coordinate with Headquarter on technical issues;

保持与总部的技术沟通和协调;

9.Handle complains on quality issues from customers

负责处理客户投诉的质量技术问题

Job Requisition：

1.Bachelor degree holder.

本科学历。

2.Technical/standard knowledge, at least 8 years related experience or equivalent;

具有技术/相关标准的专业知识，至少8年以上相关经验。

3.Project management skills;

具有项目管理技巧；

4.Qualification on his/her responsible area.

负责的检测领域项目获得技术资质授权。

5.Technical Expertise on related service area
