Responsibilities 职责

  • Signals and reports on market, customer and competitive activities;

洞察及反馈市场、客户和其他相关的活动信息;

  • issuing quotations and preparing documentation;

发送报价单及整理相关文件;

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the existing customer base with a view of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention;

发展及保持与现有客户的良好关系;

  • Monitoring the projects according to pre-defined procedures.

根据预定的流程,监测项目的情况。

 

 

Tasks 任务

  • Responsible for customers/prospects research and cold-calling within the product  line and/or geographic area specified by the Sales manager;

根据销售经理划定的产品类别或地域范围,寻找及大力发展客户或潜在客户,进行电话营销、处理客户的疑问和要求,为客户提供解决方案;

  • Responsible for building, maintaining and constantly developing relationships with  accounts under their custody;负责建立、保持及持续发展与客户的良好关系;
  • Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual sales target as allocated by the Sales manager;实现销售经理规定的季度及年销售目标;
  • Organizing or support relative market activities;组织或支持相关市场活动;
  • Ensure collection of Accounts Receivable;确保应收款项的收取。
  • Undertake Customer Service tasks and responsibilities;

履行客户服务的任务和职责;

  • Undertake any other duties assigned by Sales manager.

履行销售经理分配的其他任务。

Working experiences

工作经验

  • Customer service/sales experience in product certification and/or system certification is preferred (candidate without experience in product certification and/or system certification but with ample customer service/ sales/marketing and account management experience will also be considered);

具有产品认证或系统认证方面的客服/销售经验优先考虑,若没有相关行业经验,但具有丰富的客服/销售/营销和客户管理经验者,亦可作考虑;

  • Existing network of relationships within related industry is a definite advantage;

在相关领域具有客户资源者,优先考虑;

Degree level

学历水平

  • College level or above.大专或以上学历。

Knowledge & skills

专业知识与技能

  • Good in Mandarin and English.

良好的普通话及英语表达;
