On this ocassion, an exciting opportunity has arisen in our Data Engineering Team.

Requirements:

• Contribute to the definition and execution of the DevOps strategy, ensuring alignment between tooling, automation, and operational practices with engineering and business goals.
• Design and manage production infrastructure in Azure (AKS, VNets, security, scalability, cost control, …).
• Own and evolve GitLab CI pipelines for multiple environments, focusing on reliability, testing automation, and deployment velocity.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and guiding best practices in container orchestration.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and enforce DR, HA, and security-by-design principles.
• Mentor and support developers and QA on DevOps practices, CI/CD, and environment management.
• Lead observability initiatives using Grafana Stack to ensure system reliability, performance insights, and proactive incident response
• Foster a DevSecOps culture, integrating security checks, secrets management, and compliance into pipelines.
• Drive continuous improvement through technical evaluations, tool selection, and process refinement.

Desirable:

• Experience leading DevOps transformations or defining platform strategies
• Azure certifications or Kubernetes certs.
• Exposure to security tooling (e.g., Trivy, Snyk) and compliance in CI/CD.

Profile:

• 5+ years in DevOps, preferably in cloud-native environments.
• Proven experience managing production environments in Azure, including AKS, networking, and cost/security optimization.
• Expertise in building and maintaining advanced GitLab CI/CD pipelines across services.
• Deep knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, including production deployments, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, firewalls, DNS, and load balancers.
• Strong background in observability and proactive monitoring practices.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Technical leadership mindset with the ability to define and enforce standards and best practices.
