Job Responsibility 岗位职责:
- Develop customer base within the product line and/or geographic area specified by the Sales Director. 根据部销售经理划定的产品类别或地域范围,发展客户数据库。
- Determine client strategy and business approach; 确定客户发展策略及业务方案;
- Realization of account plans for key accounts; 执行重点客户的发展计划;
- Signals and reports on market, customer and competitive activities; 洞察及反馈市场、客户和其他相关的活动信息;
- Monitor coordination between client and engineer of orders. 根据订单协调客户和工程师之间的项目进程。
- Responsible for identification, development and maximum penetration of accounts within the product line and/or geographic area specified by the Sales Manager; 根据销售经理划定的产品类别或地域范围,寻找及大力发展客户;
- Responsible for building, maintaining and constantly developing relationships with accounts under their custody; 负责建立、保持及持续发展与客户的良好关系;
- Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual sales target as allocated by the Sales Manager; 实现销售经理规定的季度及年度销售目标;
- Ensure collection of Accounts Receive; 确保应收款项的收取;
- Undertake any other duties assigned. 履行分配的其他任务。
Job Requirements 任职要求:
- Sales experience in PV inverter and ESS product third party certification and/or certification related job in PV inverter and ESS product factory.
- 具有光伏逆变器或储能系统产品第三方认证公司销售或者光伏逆变器或储能系统产品生产工厂认证相关从业者经验优先考虑。
- Existing network of relationships within related industry is a definite advantage; 在相关领域具有客户资源者,优先考虑;
- University Degree holder or above. 大学本科学历或以上。
- Adequate knowledge of Quality’s business principles and sales methodologies; 熟练掌握质量业务的相关原理及销售方法;
- Strong relational and sales skills; 具有优秀的销售技巧;
- Good in Mandarin and English. 良好的普通话及英语表达能力。
