Tasks:
• Supervise and manage the customer service team, ensuring service quality and team performance. 监督并管理客户服务团队,确保服务质量和团队表现。
• Develop and implement customer service strategies to meet customer expectations. 制定并执行客户服务策略,满足客户期望。
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution. 处理升级的客户投诉并确保得到解决。
• Assistant to conduct performance reviews and provide training for team members. 协助进行绩效评估并为团队成员提供培训。
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve overall service delivery. 与跨部门团队紧密合作,提升整体服务交付效果。
• Delegate and monitor daily team activities to ensure efficiency. 分配并监控团队日常工作,确保高效运作。
• Manage team performance and set targets for service excellence. 管理团队表现并设定服务卓越的目标。
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes. 与其他部门合作,改进客户服务流程。
• Undertake any other duties assigned. 履行分配的其他任务。
Qualifications:
• Successful & professional customer service experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role. 具备成功且专业的客户服务经验,其中2-3年担任管理职位。
• College or Degree holder大专或本科学历
• Good in Mandarin and English. 良好的普通话及英语表达;
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve service quality. 具备分析数据并利用洞察提升服务质量的能力。
• Strong leadership and team management skills. 较强的领导力和团队管理能力。
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. 优秀的沟通技巧和冲突解决能力。
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality. 注重质量和细节。
• Possesses the awareness to enhance customer satisfaction and provide excellent service. 具备提升客户满意度并提供优质服务的意识。
