Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the general management and development direction of the homologation business.
  • Develop and implement the strategy for the homologation business line, integrating initiatives in operations, procurement, personnel allocation, and working capital management.
  • Plan, monitor, and control sales activities and expenses to ensure the annual budget targets for the business line are achieved.
  • Ensure high technical qualification and motivation of staff by creating a positive, performance-driven work environment.
  • Ensure that all services provided meet the necessary regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Monitor market developments and adjust service offerings as needed or develop new services in response to customer demands.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction (both external and internal) and take appropriate actions to address any concerns or feedback.
  • Ensure the team remains up-to-date with the latest homologation standards and regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge and experience related to homologation processes and standards, or an equivalent level of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of homologation requirements, regulations, and quality management systems (QMS).
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in oral and written English.
  • High awareness of quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
