Tasks任务：
•    Develop the regional strategy for the Business line integrating the initiatives of Operation, Procurement, Personnel allocation and Working capital Management.将运营、采购、人员配置和营运资金管理等举措结合起来，制定业务线的区域战略。
•    Plan, monitor and control the sales activities and expenses in order to ensure that annual budget targets of the business line for region are achieved. 计划、监控和控制销售活动和费用，以确保区域内业务线的年度预算目标得以实现。
•    Ensuring high technical qualification and high motivation of staff by creating a positive working environment; 通过创造积极的工作环境，确保工作人员的高技术资格和高积极性
•    Ensure that provided service is in line with accreditation requirements. 确保所提供的服务符合认证要求。
•    Monitor the market development and adjust the service scope where necessary or develop new services. 监控市场发展，必要时调整服务范围或开发新服务。 
•    Monitor customer satisfaction and their needs (external and internal customers) and take appropriate actions. 监控客户满意度及其需求（外部和内部客户），并采取适当措施。
•    Represent the company to, associations, chambers, accreditation bodies, customers, cooperation partners, etc. 代表公司，与协会、商会、认证机构、客户、合作伙伴等交流

Qualifications任职资格：
•    Technical/standard knowledge, at least 10 years related experience or equivalent;具有技术/相关标准的专业知识，至少10年以上相关经验。
•    Bachelor degree holder.本科学历。
•    Excellent Leadership skill; 卓越的领导能力
•    Project management skills;具有项目管理技巧；
•    Excellent in oral and written English极好的英语读写能力
