Tasks 任务
• Preparation and follow-up of quotation based on services and prices pre-defined by account manager;
协助销售团队跟进报价;
• Monitor project status to make sure smooth delivery of all services.
监控项目状态,确保各种服务的顺利交付
• Follow predefined internal process (create offers, open jobs, send reports etc…)
遵循预定义的内部流程(创建职位、打开工作、发送报告等)
• Prepare invoices and follow-up payment collection ;
协助销售团队收取货款;
• Coordination among related laboratories, customers, suppliers and account managers;
协调多方,包括客户、客户经理、.实验室;
• Book and coordinate inspection and audit services;
登记和协调检查和审计服务;
• Support customer and account manager to find solutions in case of issues or when service deviates from process originally defined;
支持客户和客户经理发现问题或服务偏离最初定义的流程时的解决方案;
• Understand technical input from engineers and be able to explain to customers with appropriate wording for good communication;
理解工程师的技术输入,能够用适当的措辞向客户解释,以便进行良好的沟通;
• Undertake any other duties assigned.
履行分配的其他任务。
Qualifications任职资格
• College or Degree holder大专或本科学历
• Good in Mandarin and English.良好的普通话及英语表达
• Basic technical knowledge of TIC industry and good understanding of service portfolio
对检测认证行业有基本的技术知识,对服务组合有良好的理解
