• Preparation and follow-up of quotation based on services and prices predefined by account manager ; 协助销售团队跟进报价；
• Monitor project status to make sure smooth delivery of all services.监控项目状态，确保各种服务的顺利交付
• Prepare invoices and follow-up payment collection ;协助销售团队收取货款；
• Coordination among related laboratories, customers, suppliers and account managers;协调多方，包括客户、客户经理、.实验室；
• Book and coordinate inspection and audit services预订并协调检查和审计服务;
• Undertake any other duties assigned.履行分配的其他任务。
