Initiate the project schedule with test plan and monitor the outcome;

Provide Instruction to test engineers on how to perform the tests;

Provide supports to certification when needed;

Qualifications任职资格：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Engineering (Electronics, Measurement & Control, etc., such as: Electronic Information Engineering, Automation Engineering, Automotive Service Engineering). Experience in automotive EMC testing is preferred; 本科以上学历,工科专业毕业（电子，测控等相关专业，如：电子信息工程，自动化工程，汽车服务工程）。具有汽车EMC检测经验优先。
2. Proficient in English, with excellent oral communication skills;英语熟练，口语能力佳。3. Possess a solid foundation in electronic engineering knowledge;具备电子工程专业基础知识；4. Familiar with laboratory operation procedures, capable of writing test SOPs;熟悉实验室作业流程，可以编写测试SOP
5. Strong team collaboration spirit.良好的团队协作精神。
