Tasks:
•    As senior technical specialist, guide test engineers to perform automotive EMC testing strictly in accordance with ISO 11452, CISPR 25, ISO 7637, ISO 10605 and major OEM enterprise standards；作为资深技术专家，指导测试工程师严格依据ISO 11452、CISPR 25、ISO 7637、ISO 10605及主流车企企标开展汽车零部件EMC测试；
•    Conduct one-on-one technical coaching for EMC test engineers, optimize individual testing capability and overall technical output quality；对EMC测试工程师开展一对一技术带教，提升人员测试专业能力与整体技术输出质量；
•    Standardize EMC test technical operation logic, maintain high efficiency and standardized technical service process；规范EMC测试技术作业逻辑，保障技术服务流程高效、合规；
•    Cross-department coordinate with certification, quality, and hardware test teams to optimize lab EMC testing operation efficiency；协同认证、质量、硬件检测等跨部门团队，优化实验室EMC测试运转效率；
•    Resolve customer technical complaints & EMC testing disputes, provide root cause analysis and closed-loop solutions；处理客户EMC测试相关技术投诉与异议，输出根因分析及闭环解决方案；
•    Independently review, evaluate and approve all automotive EMC test plans, raw data records and formal test reports；独立审核、评估、批准全部车载EMC测试计划、原始数据记录及正式检测报告；
•    Provide professional EMC technical consultation & standard interpretation for sales & marketing teams to boost automotive testing service promotion；为销售、市场团队提供汽车EMC标准解读与技术咨询，赋能检测业务拓展；
•    Implement strict quality control over EMC project technical files, ensure full compliance with CNAS/CMA/A2LA system requirements；落实EMC项目技术文件质量管控，满足CNAS/CMA/A2LA体系合规要求；
•    In charge of failed EMC samples technical rectification support: interference root cause locating, shielding/filtering/grounding optimization scheme output, follow-up retest confirmation；负责不合格样品EMC整改技术支撑：干扰根因定位、屏蔽/滤波/接地优化方案输出、跟进复测确认整改效果。

Qaulifications:
•    Master automotive component EMC standards & testing technology, minimum 8 years relevant automotive EMC testing, report review & failure rectification experience in third-party testing lab, with minimum 3 years in third-party laboratory management role；精通汽车零部件EMC标准与检测技术，第三方检测机构8年以上车载EMC测试、报告审核、失效整改相关从业经验，其中3年以上第三方实验室管理经理经历；
•    Have experience supporting OEM EMC project rectification, pre-compliance testing and E4 automotive certification；具备车企 EMC 项目整改、预合规测试、汽车 E4 认证技术支撑经验。
•    Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Electromagnetic Field, Automation, Vehicle Electronics and related disciplines；本科及以上学历，电子工程、电磁场、自动化、车辆电子等相关理工科专业。
•    Mature automotive EMC project full-cycle technical management capability；成熟的汽车 EMC 项目全流程技术管控能力；
•    Hold authorized signatory qualification for automotive EMC testing scope (CNAS/CMA/A2LA)；持有汽车零部件 EMC 检测领域 CNAS/CMA/A2LA 授权签字人资质；
•    Senior technical expert in automotive component EMC testing service line, proficient in radiation emission, conduction emission, ESD, transient pulse, BCI immunity testing & troubleshooting；汽车零部件 EMC 产品线技术专家，精通辐射发射、传导发射、静电、瞬态脉冲、大电流注入等测试与问题排查；
•    Skilled in oral & written English, capable of English report writing, English standard interpretation and customer technical communication；优秀英语读写能力，可独立撰写英文报告、解读英文标准、对接海外客户技术沟通；
•    Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 lab quality system, skilled in compiling EMC technical documents, training materials and internal standards；熟悉 ISO/IEC 17025 实验室质量体系，可独立编制 EMC 技术文件、培训教材、内部标准。
•    Strong logical analysis for EMC failure, clear expression of rectification solutions, patient training & coaching awareness；优秀 EMC 失效逻辑分析能力、整改方案清晰输出能力、耐心培训带教意识。
